My feeling – my drawing was prized by people

This was the weirdest (after) piano class ever!

First, I did my normal piano class routine but near the end of piano class, the teacher asked me what I do after piano class. I said “first, I eat lunch, and then I go to my art class”. Then she asked “what are you doing at art class?” I said” we are doing a drawing contest!” Then after class, I showed her my contest drawing and the rest of my drawings. Gradually, more and more people came to look at my drawings. After my teacher was finished looking at my pictures, there were about 12 people standing around me. My piano teacher’s next student said she liked it a lot. Even somebody’s parent asked my dad where I learned it so her child could go there too. Some people also asked my dad how I did so well.

I felt so proud of my work. It feels great to do something and then have a crowd of people admire it. Even though I get bored in class and do not work very well, people still liked it! Also if other people liked my contest photo, I will have some feedback and then I can make it better! And if they like it, the judges may like it too. I am also relieved because now I know I am doing a good job at art class.

I hope I will win in the contest and my work paid off!!
