Film summary:  Big Hero 6.

Big Hero 6 is one of the best movies I have watched yet!

It is named about a nerdy 14 year old named Hiro Hamada and his robot friend Baymax. Hiro always wanted to be a bot fighter while his older brother Tadashi works at nerd school.

One day, after Hiro was done a Bot fight, Tadashi showed Hiro the nerd lab in the nerd school. There he meets Wasabi-No-Ginger, Honey Lemon, Gogo Tomago, and Fred. Fred actually gave them there nicknames. Hiro then meets Tadashi’s experiment. It is a squishy robot designed to help hurt people! It is called Baymax!

Hiro then figures out that he wants to join nerd school more than being a bot fighter! Tadashi than tells Him that soon, nerd school is going to have a competition on who can join. The reward goes to the person who creates the best robotic invention. Hiro gets working!

When the day comes, Hiro introduces his invention. They are microbots! You wear a special headband to control them. To do whatever you want the microbots to do with your mind! Hiro won! He then meets Professor Callaghan. The inventor of a lot of things! And he meets Alistair Krei the president of nerd school! Alistair wants to buy the microbots for a ton of money! But Professor Callaghan convinced Hiro to refuse. When Hiro and Tadashi were outside, nerd school caught on fire! Professor Callaghan was still in there too! Tadashi attempted to save him but failed. They both died.

Sometime later, Hiro accidently woke up Baymax. They then went to an abandoned factory where Hiro figures out that someone in a mask took Hero’s microbots!

Hiro and Baymax then go home to upgrade Baymax. Hiro gives Baymax armour and installs a fighting chip in him. They try to capture the masked person but fails. Just then, the nerd team comes in a van and the chase is on.

The masked person, though, caught up and threw them in a lake using the microbots. Luckily Baymax’s squishiness floated up. Everybody grabbed hold. Then they went to Fred’s house which was surprisingly a mansion! Everybody was shocked!

Everyone then figures out that Alistair Krei is the masked person! Hiro then gives nerd team an upgrade Including Hiro and Baymax. They all have a power or two. Wasabi has laser hands, Honey has mini elemental bomb making purse, Fred has super leap and fire breath and Gogo has super-fast special roller skates and Frisbees to attack with. Hiro has the power to control Baymax. Baymax can fly and shoot his fist which returns back to him. All of them also have armour. They also know that the headband, which controls the microbots are in the mask so they just have to remove the mask so the masked person can’t control the microbots.

Baymax then detects where the masked person is. He was on an island.

Baymax then flies to him. They then attempt again to attack him. They succeed and find out how he is. He is Prof. Callaghan! He said he used the microbots as a shield in the fire! So Tadashi went in for no reason! Hiro got so angry that he removed Baymax’s health card chip and ordered that him to attack Prof. Callaghan! Prof. Callaghan nearly got killed but honey managed to put Baymax’s health chip back in. Callaghan escapes! Baymax then calms Hiro down.

Meanwhile Alistair was introducing the new nerd building. Callaghan used a portal to destroy the balding! Hiro and his team then get into action. They figured out why Callaghan turned evil. Alistair used his daughter in a portal test but she got sucked in!

Callaghan blames Alistair for this so he wants revenge! Hiro then cooks up an idea. He uses the portal to suck in all the microbots Callaghan was using. When Callaghan had no microbots, Hiro and his team attacked. They were successful! Now they have to deal with the portal. First Baymax and Hiro go in the portal to save Callaghan’s daughter. He went to Callaghan’s daughter successfully but when they were trying to go out of the portal, they crashed and Baymax had to stay behind and use his rocket first to boost them out of the portal. Hiro and Callaghan’s daughter made it out of the portal! Callaghan then got arrested and everybody was happy.

Sometime later, Hiro had kept Baymax’s first and then opened it. He sees Baymax’s health card chip! Hiro then realized that the chip had all of Baymax’s data so he could build a new Baymax! So Baymax is still alive!

The end.

This movie taught me about how friendship can be very important and it also taught me about teamwork. My favorite part of this movie is when Hiro tries to teach Baymax a fist bump. He does the bump right but the explosion part he made this sounds: “falalalalalalala”. It is so funny!
