In Dufferin mall last year, there was a problem. 25-year old Anguei Pal-Deng appears to be pushing 82-year old Maria Ferreira!

Ferreira tumbled violently down the entrance stairs. Although in court, the judge, Melvyn Green says that Pal-Deng is innocent. Pal-Deng states that he was showing Ferreira the way but accidently pushed her. But Ferreira says she asked Pal-Deng to move a few times but Pal-Deng pushed her. The judge saw the video and stated that Ferreira fell before Pal-Deng had contact with her.

My dad thinks Pal-Deng purposely pushed Ferreira. But in my point of view, I agree with the judge. I think Pal-Deng didn’t do anything wrong. Here is the reason why.

My first reason is the reason why Ferreira asked Pal-Deng to move is because Pal-Deng was leaning on a railing she wanted to use but in the video, Pal-Deng WAS’NT leaning on a pole which is showing Ferreira is lysing.

My second reason is in the video, I looked closely at the pushing but Pal-Deng doesn’t appear to be even TOUCHING Ferreira.

My third reason is after Ferreira fell down the stairs, Pal-Deng ran to help her who probably shows that he didn’t cause the fall by purpose or he didn’t caused it at all.

Ferreira might have lied by accident because she has diabetes, had blood drawn, and hadn’t ate in 14 hours. This article is only my opinion so what do you think? Do you think Pal-Deng should be guilty?
